Calling potential buyers and pitching them property options as per requirement.
Arranging Site Visits for the clients.
Following up with clients and closing deals.
Maintaining proper records of all clients follow up and site visit.
Coordinating with Developers Relationship Managers.
Negotiating and finalising deals for customers along with developer’s office.
Visiting projects and collating data of all new and existing projects.
Attending event and training pertaining to projects for sale.
Managing and collating data pertaining to all projects being promoted by the company.
Meeting Landlords and collecting property details as per company’s norms.
Requirements
We have 10 positions open for Sr. Sales Executive in Kharadi Pune, for our East Pune Chapter. Candidate must be having 1 to 3 years of Experience.
Salary Offered will be between Lakhs Per Annum to Rs. 4 Lakhs Per Annum depending on candidates.
