you’ll be responsible for driving direct sales, generating qualified leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships. if you can’t handle targets, pressure, or communication, this role isn’t for you.
key responsibilities
identify, contact, and convert potential clients through calls, whatsapp, social media, and follow-ups.
present company products/services clearly and confidently.
maintain daily lead reports, follow-up logs, and sales updates.
achieve weekly and monthly sales targets without excuses.
build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
understand customer needs and pitch the correct solution.
coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding.
required skills
strong communication (hindi + english) — clarity, confidence, and zero hesitation.
ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals.
basic understanding of digital products/services.
quick learner, self-motivated, and target-driven.
good with follow-ups and disciplined with reporting.
qualification
minimum 12th pass.
experience in sales is preferred, not mandatory — skill matters more than certificates.
