Sales Executive Fresher

As a Distributor Sales Executive in FMCG, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing product distribution.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining stock freshness by implementing a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively to maximize visibility, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets. Establishing and nurturing trade relationships with retailers will also be essential for promoting products and enhancing sales performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the trade. A proactive attitude towards meeting sales goals and an understanding of merchandising principles will be crucial. Familiarity with inventory management is advantageous, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to work from the office located in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. The role allows for work hours that require flexibility as you engage with various stakeholders throughout the day. A valid driver's license may be necessary if field visits are part of your responsibilities.

To qualify, candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and ideally possess 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or distribution. A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and a desire to grow in the sales field will be valued.
