As a Sales Executive / Sales Partner at TechForges, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for TechForges’ products and services
Understand client needs and recommend suitable TechForges solutions
Pitch offerings clearly via calls, messages, demos, or meetings
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with internal TechForges teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress
Represent TechForges professionally across all communication channels
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Interest in sales, business development, or partnerships
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations
Familiarity with digital tools (email, messaging apps, CRM – optional)
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
