key responsibilities
• lead generation & channel partner/client engagement
identify prospective channel partners/buyers, build and manage lead pipelines, and execute follow-ups on leads to foster engagement and convert prospects into site visits
• relationship building
conduct property visits, share product knowledge with channel partners/clients, and build long-term relationships
• market awareness & reporting
stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competition. prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management. ability and mindset to work in erp and daily updation on erp
qualifications & skills
• experience: minimum 6 months in real estate sales or a closely related role with proven performance.
• education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline preferred.
• competencies:
o excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o proficiency in crm systems, ms office, and basic understanding around gurgaon real estate market.
o self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• mobility requirement: must have personal transport (car/motorbike) and valid driver’s license; comfortable traveling across multiple locations in and around gurgaon.
