Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining clients for our various loan products. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, financial product knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through field visits, calls, and referrals

Pitch loan products such as Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, Plot Loans, etc.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation to customers

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful disbursals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals

Keep records of client interactions and loan status updates

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

1+ year of experience in loan sales or financial products (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of loan products and banking/finance industry

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
