Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Retail Counter Sales Executive to join our electronics showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be an active listener and speaker, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a professional retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.

Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.

Handle billing coordination and basic documentation.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Stay updated on new products and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Presentable personality with a professional appearance.

Good communication skills (verbal and interpersonal).

Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs.

Confident speaker with convincing sales ability.

Basic knowledge of electronics products preferred.

Prior retail sales experience is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
