Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with suitable solutions.
2. Generate leads and drive sales:
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
3. Achieve sales targets:
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
4. Conduct market research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Prepare sales reports:
Keep track of sales activities, prepare reports on sales performance, and present findings to the management team.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
7. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
