 Generate leads via portals (99acres, Housing, Magicbricks), references & walk-ins

 Understand client needs (budget, location, configuration)

 Arrange and conduct site visits -

 Follow up regularly to convert leads into closures

 Coordinate between property owners and clients

 Negotiate pricing and finalize deals -

 Maintain daily reports and CRM updates

 Achieve monthly sales targets
