key responsibilities:
sales & membership:
handle walk-ins, inquiries, and convert leads into gym memberships.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships and personal training packages.
conduct follow-ups via phone, whatsapp, and email to close potential sales.
promote gym offers, promotions, and referral programs.
customer service & front desk operations:
welcome and assist all visitors and members with courtesy and professionalism.
manage member check-ins and maintain attendance records.
address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
schedule trial sessions, consultations, and trainer appointments.
administrative & reporting:
maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and renewals in crm or excel.
handle billing, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
prepare daily/weekly sales and front desk reports for management.
maintain a clean and organized reception area.
