we are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused female sales executive to join our

growing fitness center in panchkula. the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads,

converting walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting gym memberships and

fitness programs.

key responsibilities

1. sales & lead conversion

- handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.

- conduct gym facility tours.

- convert prospects into memberships.

- maintain strong follow-up communication.

2. customer relationship management

- greet members and visitors professionally.

- build strong client relationships.

- address member concerns.

3. marketing & promotion

- assist with promotions and events.

- promote personal training and group classes.

- support digital marketing (photos/videos) if required.

4. administrative duties

- manage front desk operations.

- maintain accurate crm records.

- ensure reception cleanliness.

required skills & qualifications

- female candidate, age 2035 preferred.

- experience in sales/customer service (fitness preferred).

- excellent communication skills.

- professional appearance and attitude.

- basic computer and crm knowledge.
