Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading customer interactions, and contributing to overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Follow up with clients regularly to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Mentor and support junior sales executives when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales (15+ years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
