We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrave Assistant to join our team. The
ideal candidate should have excellent communicaon skills, a strong command of English, and
proficiency in basic computer operaons. This is a full-me role that involves managing email
correspondence, performing administrave tasks, and supporng daily business operaons.
Key Responsibilies:
Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Handle general administrave tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
Assist in document preparaon and proofreading.
Use basic computer applicaons (., Microso Office, Google Suite) efficiently.
Communicate with clients and team members via email and phone in a professional manner.
Support the team with any other tasks as needed.
