Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, explaining NBFC financial products to customers over the phone, and converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Promote and sell NBFC products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, LAP,

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems

Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company policy)

0 to 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services or any sector

Strong communication and persuasion skills in ( Telugu English, any additional languages like Hindi )

Basic knowledge of financial products

Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls made per day

Lead conversion ratio

Customer satisfaction scores
