Freshers For Sales Executive - Hooghly

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive franchise sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Sales Manager.

Make outbound calls and connect with potential clients.

Explain and pitch Logistics delivery franchise opportunities.

Convince interested clients to open a delivery franchise in their locality.

Handle the complete sales cycle-from lead generation and initial pitching to negotiation and final deal closure.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing ability.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Customer handling skills.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary:

For Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.

Incentives: Attractive incentives will be provided based on successful deal closures.
