Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Structuring solution depending on customer’s requirement.
• Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide solutions to meet various needs of the customer.
• Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.
• Maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
• Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation.
Deliverables:
• Assisting for sales target for the bank.
• Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer
