sales executive fmcg (kukky pet food)

location: indore (travel across mp & nearby states; event-based pan-india travel)

experience: 02 years (freshers with internships welcome)

type: full-time, 6-day week

what youll do

handle enquiries: attend inbound calls/whatsapp leads, qualify prospects, resolve queries, and drive conversions.

sales calls (outbound): daily cold/warm calls to retailers, distributors, vets/medical stores; book meetings & orders.

field sales & market visits: pitch kukkys product range, run sampling/demos, close orders, and onboard outlets.

events & activations: set up stalls, engage visitors, capture leads, and convert post-event (pet shows, exhibitions, vets meets).

distributor/vet channel: open new accounts, activate beat routes, support schemes, and track collections (with accounts).

reporting: maintain lead funnel/visit notes, daily call reports, and weekly market insights (competition, pricing, promos).

what youll need

languages: fluent hindi & english; punjabi/marathi are strong advantages.

education: graduate preferred (any discipline).

experience: 02 years in fmcg/pet care/otc pharma field sales or telesales; strong fresher profiles considered.

must-haves: smartphone, basic excel/google sheets/whatsapp business skills, two-wheeler with valid dl, willingness to travel (1015 days/month).

traits: persuasive communication, ownership, target focus, neat merchandising sense, comfort lifting cartons (up to ~1012 kg during events).

call productivity: connects, meetings fixed, orders booked
