Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and CRM tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer needs
Present products/services via phone or online demos
Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM
Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with marketing and account management teams
Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate (preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
