responsibilities:

• identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned region.

• develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

• conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

• meet or exceed the given sales targets within the designated time frame.

• conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.

• develop effective sales strategies and implement them to gain a competitive edge.

• manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.

• prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, and presentations using excel, word, and powerpoint.

• update and maintain records in the sales management system.

qualifications and experience:

- degree in plastic or mechanical engineering.

- minimum of 5 years in sales

- proficiency in microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint.

- strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

- excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
