Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships. You should be well-versed in the companys products and services and be able to deliver effective presentations and solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify up selling opportunities Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trendsRequirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or field sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Self-motivated and target-driven Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel as neededKey Competencies: Persuasion and influence Time management and organization Strategic thinking Problem-solving Resilience and adaptability

Wanted experienced Sales Executives for a reputed Adhesive manufacturer Company in Greater Noida. Ability to generate & execute sales leads and good business opportunities, and bring new customers. Handle and resolve client queries and complaints .Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Develop new customer and business, coordinate or provide technical support including sample for testing, do follow-up work from sample to commercialization, inform and coordinate.Education -Minimum Bachelor Degree Experience- Minimum 1-4 years working experience in Sales & Marketing Able to work with team and must have a sound communication skill.Good command of English and computer literacy.
