Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 5-7 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with 5-7 years of

experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in General Trade and Export Clients. The

candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing client relationships,

achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and manage sales in the FMCG General Trade market.

 Handle and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key

customers.

 Identify new business opportunities and generate new clients.

 Manage export clients and support international business development.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Prepare sales plans and execute strategies to increase market penetration.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payments, and

customer requirements.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

 Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and performance reports for

management.

 Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in any degree.

 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG.

 Strong experience in General Trade is required.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

 Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
