One should attend the customer for their correct car part requirment..
eg- if mirror is broken or the customer has some body part requirment or engine, radiator or transmission which is one of our major parts thn we will take thr order for the particular part and deliver it.. after accepting the payment
We send it to the billing team so they keep a follow up with the customer and their tracking of their product untill it's delivered safely
(Billing & Shipping team who confirms the sale and send the tracking information and invoice to the relevant customer)
