*Job Summary*:

Achintya Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive for the Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through telecalling, explaining loan products, and assisting customers in completing the loan process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for achieving targets.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan & Auto Loan.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Guide customers regarding eligibility criteria and required documentation.

Regular follow-up to convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with backend/processing team for smooth loan- approval.

*Eligibility Criteria*:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

0-3 years of experience in Telesales (Loan/Finance experience preferred).

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
