Job Title: Sales Engineer ( Sales Division)

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Purpose:

To deliver Sales as per targets, to grow as successful salesperson and develop future leadership quality and enhance sales skills, with the focus on customer delight.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in technology sales (CCTV Home Automation, BMS, , IOT, Connected led lighting)

• Worked with any Dealers/Channels/Distributors for CCTV Product.

• Attend field meetings punctually and regularly as per the Customer

requirement:

• Must ensure long term relationship with all customers continuously through personal meetings and assist them with required services

• Generating prospects and closing the sales through site visits to prospects

• Willingness to travel to remote locations

• Able to work independently as well as in team

Shortlisting Criteria:

• Daily reporting

• Should have Two-Wheeler

• Should have decent communication skill (English & Other Local Languages)

• Should have a positive attitude and ability to think on feet

1) Planning & Meeting Order Booking related targets: Plan your sales work on a daily basis, provide feedback to the supervisor. Monitor enquiries & Plan out how to convert them into orders. Develop & implement sales strategies to win jobs. Meet Order booking related targets

2) Order Closure: Push the live enquiries to closure with follow up with customer and internal team. Participate in negotiation meetings and close the orders.
