Responsibilities
· Visiting/Developing a new client.
· Key Account Management.
· Smooth coordination with the operation team for project execution.
· Provide assistance/support for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
· Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
· Manage sales tracking tools and reports.
· Keep record of sales/bookings/reports/payments.
· Payment follow-up
· Audit preparation and support
· Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
· Review pending orders and specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
