sales commission plans.
this role is ideal for someone who is looking to break into top-tier b2b saas sales and grow
quickly in their sales career.
**responsibilities**:
- you will be making a lot of calls
- you will be running your own outbound sequences (plenty of scope to get creative with your
messages)
- you will be setting up qualified meetings with the prospects
- you will also spend time researching the customers & identifying your ideal prospects
- the rest of your time will go towards improving your craft - imbibing our product, learning
more about the market, and growing your understanding of our customers.
**requirements**:
education: you should be smart, and be able to communicate well. we don't care which college
you went to, or if you went to one at all
experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably, sales)
drive: you have to be driven - whether it's the money, or the success, or something that you want
to prove to yourself; we look for that drive
