We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Kanpur, India. In this Night Shift full-time role, you will focus on generating leads and guiding potential customers through the sales process.
As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients. Utilize various tools to collect contact information and gather insights on target companies.
- **Outbound Calling:** Reach out to leads through phone calls and emails. Communicate effectively to introduce our products and services and understand customer needs.
- **Qualification of Leads:** Assess the interest and suitability of leads by asking questions and listening to their requirements. This will help in determining which prospects should be passed to the sales team.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team:** Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads. Share insights from conversations to help the team tailor their sales approach.
- **Maintain Records:** Accurately document all interactions with leads in our CRM system. Keep track of progress and update customer information regularly.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. A basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
