We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with fluent English to join our team in Kanpur, India. In this Night Shift full-time role, you will focus on generating leads and guiding potential customers through the sales process.As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients. Utilize various tools to collect contact information and gather insights on target companies.- **Outbound Calling:** Reach out to leads through phone calls and emails. Communicate effectively to introduce our products and services and understand customer needs.- **Qualification of Leads:** Assess the interest and suitability of leads by asking questions and listening to their requirements. This will help in determining which prospects should be passed to the sales team.- **Collaboration with Sales Team:** Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads. Share insights from conversations to help the team tailor their sales approach.- **Maintain Records:** Accurately document all interactions with leads in our CRM system. Keep track of progress and update customer information regularly.To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. A basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is helpful but not required.
