job summary :

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales development manager to lead and expand our sales development efforts in the us market. this role will be instrumental in driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation, mentoring sdr teams, optimizing sales processes, and aligning with our sales and marketing strategies to support aggressive growth targets.

key responsibilities:

build, lead, and mentor a team of sales development representatives focused on the us market.

develop and refine outreach strategies (email, calls, linkedin, events) to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, target personas, and campaign execution.

analyze campaign performance, kpis, and conversion metrics to optimize sales development initiatives.

monitor and report sdr performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

implement sales tools and technologies (., salesforce, outreach, zoominfo, hubspot) to enhance team productivity.

participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of sdrs.

stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the us region.

qualifications & requirements:

bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; mba is a plus.

5 + years of overall experience in sales or business development, with 3+ years in a team leadership role.

proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation for the us b2b market.

experience with crm and sales engagement platforms (salesforce, hubspot, etc.).

strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.

comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with us time zone overlap.

preferred qualifications:

experience in saas, it services, or enterprise b2b sales.

prior exposure to the us market, particularly in mid-market and enterprise segments.

work mode: us/remote

shift timing: 8 am cst to 5 pm cst
