Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, managing the sales team, and building long-term client relationships. The role involves selling residential, commercial, office, and retail interior design and turnkey fit-out solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate new business through referrals, digital leads, networking, builders, architects, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Lead Management

Respond promptly to all enquiries.

Qualify customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.

Conduct client meetings and site visits.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM software.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, builders, architects, and consultants.

Deliver professional presentations and project proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and close projects.

Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.

Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.

Conduct weekly sales reviews and coaching sessions.

Promote a high-performance sales culture.

Coordination

Work closely with Interior Designers to develop concepts and quotations.

Coordinate with the Operations and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure seamless communication from project confirmation through completion.

Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Monitor lead conversion rates, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Present business performance and forecasts to management.
