key responsibility area:
1. generating leads and setting up meetings
o sourcing accurate information from various sources to find prospect leads.
o manage portals and investigate leads through – tendering & aggregator portals, viable industry leads etc.
o learn details about our products and services.
o explain how our solutions align with client’s issues/needs. understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
o set up and follow up with clients for meetings to be executed by sales team.
2. tendering and documentation
o evaluate the tenders - check feasibility of bidding/qualification and prepare a daily report to be shared with vertical head.
o documentation and submission of tenders and rfp, ensuring deadline. (scanning/ bid binding/ packaging and submission)
o conducting all tasks for successful tender submission and following up for same.
o making quotations for the clients.
o making presentations and reports.
3. sales coordination and data sourcing
o create and manage database from online sources to generate new business opportunities/competitor details.
o creating and administering internal reports for tracking inquiries, orders, and deliveries etc. of various on ground executives and business verticals.
o follow up with customers for closure and recovery.
o create and maintain marketing brochures, white papers etc.
