job description
responsibilities:
-involves making a high number of calls and sending high volumes of emails.
-converting calls into an order confirmation and following up with the plant for quotation and dispatch.
-monitor and maintain the customer data in the required formats.
-coordinating with the production department for a timely quotation.
-responding to customer complaints and ensuring they are rectified at the earliest within 24 hours.
-mis report to be maintained and sent to management daily before eod.
-follow up for payment from customers on time to ensure efficient functioning.
-coordinate with direct marketing and sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to the sales coordinator.
-inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
-monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
-ensure adherence to laws and policies.
-ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
-store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
-handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
-coordination with different departments in the organization.
-maintaining customer satisfaction and feedback forms.
-any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
