Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store • Promote our products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have • Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store • Participate in store events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the store management team • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve your performance

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
