Sales Coordinator

responsibilities: • greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store • promote our products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have • assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service • maintain a clean and organized store environment • achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store • participate in store events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness • collect customer feedback and communicate it to the store management team • stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve your performance

requirements: • high school diploma or equivalent • previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred • excellent communication and interpersonal skills • strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers • ability to work independently and as part of a team • positive attitude and willingness to learn • flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required • ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
