Responsibilities: Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store Promote our products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service Maintain a clean and organized store environment Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store Participate in store events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the store management team Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve your performanceRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
