Role and Responsibilities:
1. Managing Sales team to optimise their results.
2. Provide the required back office support to sales team.
3. Follow up with the orders in production in factory and update.
4. Control outstanding of the market by Disciplined Payments Follow Up.
5. Maintaining effective records and administration and preparing reports of important market information.
6. Maintain good relationship with the Clients.
Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
1. Minimum 5 Years experience in managing sales team.
2. Good communication skills with fluency in English.
3. CRM knowledge & basic computer & accounting knowledge
4. Be Proactive and have excellent time management skills
