• establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.
• identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral business
• managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
• effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• partnering with institutions, referrals centers and insurance companies for business generations and developments
• implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plan
• review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same.
• establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
