We are looking for a Sales Co- Ordinator in a pharma company who supports the sales force by processing orders , managing field force documentation , preparing MIS sales reports , and tracking inventory . They act as a liaison between sales , manufacturing / supply chain , and customers to ensure smooth order execution .
Key Responsibilities :
1.) Providing support to the Sales Team for proposal building
2.) Cold calling prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
3.) Handling the quotations proposals , and payments
4.) Handling customer queries as per the product information required , submitting quotations & follow ups
5.) Co-ordination with field engineers and customers
Skills & Software knowledge :
1.) Freshers or Experienced both are welcome
2.) Good written and verbal communication skills
