We are now looking for a young and dynamic Junior Sales Coordinator to support our growing customer base and internal sales operations.
Job Role:
As a Junior Sales Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments such as production and logistics. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, maintaining records, coordinating order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
o Assist senior sales team in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries.
o Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to track and ensure timely delivery of products.
o Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases.
2. Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, proforma invoices, dispatch schedules, and follow-up communications.
o Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
3. Client Communication
o Communicate with clients for follow-ups, feedback, and basic queries.
o Escalate technical or critical issues to the appropriate team with proper context.
4. Market Research
o Support sales team with data on competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
o Gather insights from client conversations to identify areas for improvement.
5. Order Management
o Assist in order processing, verification, order processing documentations and coordination with logistics team
