Responsibilities:
● Identify and approach prospective clients in the lab furniture, scientific equipment, and turnkey project space.
● Attend to sales enquiries generated via SEO, website, or other digital platforms.
● Send Quotation for Prospective Interested Clients & follow up clients on quotation shared
● Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.
● Maintain an updated database of clients and track customer interactions.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, institutes, pharma companies, and research centers.
● Prepare and share regular sales and customer relationship reports with management.
● Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requisite Skills:
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sale preferred Industry: Lab Furniture, Scientific/Analytical Instruments, Turnkey Lab Setup, Construction/Architectural Projects related to Labs or within a manufacturing or technical industry.
● Experience in handling customer relations, order processing.
● Familiarity with quotation preparation and basic commercial terms
Education:
● Bachelors/Diploma in Engineering with a Science/Technical background is mandatory.
● Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
