responsibilities:
● identify and approach prospective clients in the lab furniture, scientific equipment, and turnkey project space.
● attend to sales enquiries generated via seo, website, or other digital platforms.
● send quotation for prospective interested clients & follow up clients on quotation shared
● understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
● coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.
● maintain an updated database of clients and track customer interactions.
● build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, institutes, pharma companies, and research centers.
● prepare and share regular sales and customer relationship reports with management.
● conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
requisite skills:
● minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sale preferred industry: lab furniture, scientific/analytical instruments, turnkey lab setup, construction/architectural projects related to labs or within a manufacturing or technical industry.
● experience in handling customer relations, order processing.
● familiarity with quotation preparation and basic commercial terms
education:
● bachelors/diploma in engineering with a science/technical background is mandatory.
● candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
