Opening For Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hisar. The ideal candidate will support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. Candidates with 1 to 6 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for client meetings.

- Manage Sales Orders: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.

- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team. Answer inquiries and provide updates on order status, fostering positive relationships with clients.

- Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data is up to date for analysis and forecasting.

- Coordinate Sales Meetings: Organize and schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
