- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our real estate projects and services.

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our properties.

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Maintain a database of prospective customers and update their contact information and preferences.

- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and property visits for interested customers.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our properties.
