Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and prospects through market research, online tools, and other resources. Cold Calling and Outreach: Assist in making outbound calls to leads, introducing our products/services, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Education :- Undergraduate/Graduate/Post GraduateExperience :- FresherGender :- Boys/GirlsAge :- 18 to 23 yearsStipend :- Rs 8 K /- pm to Rs 10 K /- pm, plus incentives and travel allowance

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our real estate projects and services.- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our properties.- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.- Maintain a database of prospective customers and update their contact information and preferences.- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and property visits for interested customers.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our properties.- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities
