**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team by preparing and maintaining sales reports, presentations, and follow-up communications to keep them informed and organized.
- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Order Processing:** Process sales orders accurately and swiftly, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- **Database Management:** Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales activities to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
