Position Title:

Property Sales Executive / Real Estate Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, closing sales deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits

Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements

Present residential, commercial, or investment properties to clients

Arrange site visits and property demonstrations

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals successfully

Maintain client database and follow up regularly

Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for deal closure

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client handling

Good knowledge of local property market

Ability to work independently and in a team

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, Email)

Presentable personality and professional attitude

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Experience in real estate sales preferred

Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply

Salary:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
