Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordinator, Order Management: Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and handling invoices.

Client Support: Acting as a point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Administrative Support: Maintaining CRM databases, preparing sales reports, and managing documentation.

Sales Coordination: Assisting sales staff by preparing presentations, managing schedules, and organizing sales initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, MIS Management (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
