Job Description

Position Title: Outbond Consultant

Reports to: Team Leader

CTC - up to 3 LPA

6 days working – Shifts Between (10:00 AM to 11:00 PM)

Sunday - fixed week off

Responsibilities

Responsibility :

Desired Candidate Profile & Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication and Convincing & Understanding Skills, should be Presentable

• Proven ability to drive the pre sales process

• Experience: Freshers or min 6+ month exp.

• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with the client through exceptional service.

• Actively cold-calling and emailing.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

• Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

• Understand customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

• Following up on sales inquiries

• Setting up webinar or masterclass between potential clients and Academic Coordinator.

Target: 3-5 Student Enrolments

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in ed-tech

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
