position title: outbond consultant

reports to: team leader

ctc - up to 3 lpa

6 days working – shifts between (10:00 am to 11:00 pm)

sunday - fixed week off

responsibilities

responsibility :

desired candidate profile & job responsibilities:

• excellent communication and convincing & understanding skills, should be presentable

• proven ability to drive the pre sales process

• experience: freshers or min 6+ month exp.

• maintaining long-lasting relationships with the client through exceptional service.

• actively cold-calling and emailing.

• developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

• utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

• understand customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

• following up on sales inquiries

• setting up webinar or masterclass between potential clients and academic coordinator.

target: 3-5 student enrolments

qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in ed-tech

• excellent written and verbal communication skills

• ability to work under pressure

• strong attention to detail and accuracy

• ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• excellent time management and organizational skills
