Position Title: Outbond Consultant

Reports to: Team Leader

CTC - up to 3 LPA

6 days working Shifts Between (10:00 AM to 11:00 PM)

Sunday - fixed week off

Responsibilities

Excellent Communication and Convincing & Understanding Skills, should be Presentable

Proven ability to drive the pre sales process

Experience: Freshers or min 6+ month exp.

Maintaining long-lasting relationships with the client through exceptional service.

Actively cold-calling and emailing.

Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

Understand customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

Following up on sales inquiries

Setting up webinar or masterclass between potential clients and Academic Coordinator.

Target: 3-5 Student Enrolments

Qualifications

1-2 years of sales experience preferably in ed-tech

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills
