Sales Consultant Cum Purchase Officer

Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding sales targets, achievements, schemes, orders and pending requirements.

Collect, maintain and regularly update sales targets and performance records of Sales Team members.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, order status and other sales-related MIS reports.

Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding price lists, outstanding/debtors and other sales-related matters.

Circulate updated price lists, schemes, offers and other important information to the Sales Team.

Coordinate with the Advertisement/Marketing Team for product advertisements, promotional activities and sales materials.

Prepare and circulate sales schemes as requested by the Sales Team and ensure timely communication to concerned team members/distributors.

Coordinate with warehouses/godowns and Sales Teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of products.

Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with concerned departments for timely execution.

Maintain proper records of distributors/dealers, sales orders, schemes and related documents.

Provide regular updates to management regarding sales coordination activities and pending matters.

Handle day-to-day purchase activities for raw materials, packing materials, office requirements and other company requirements.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper approval before placing orders.

Coordinate with vendors regarding order confirmation, dispatch and delivery.
