Facilitate meetings with Food & Beverage groups/ Restaurants & lead negotiations & close the deals managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Gather sales leads & approach restaurants in India actively to build a pipeline & eventually close the deal.
Maintaining relationships with all restaurant partners onboarded & addressing & resolving their concerns.
Manage sales operations - Reporting, Suggestions to improve Sales approach & processes.
Plan campaigns to achieve Key objectives - Proactively planning campaigns to close more merchants & reach the organisations target KPI.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2 to 3 years of Sales experience ( Preferably Food Tech or E commerce)
Past experience in using sales tracking tools - Zoho CRM, Fresh Sales or Hubspot
Fair understand of the F&B space along with Food Tech services
Confident with clients & represents Thrive with its true values
Team Player - Always open to new ideas, adapt to changes & solutions.
Great Analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point etc.
