�� roles and responsibilities:

�� end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through data provided by the company (marketing leads provided upon achievement)

�� generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

�� managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures

�� achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week.

�� skills required:

�� excellent english communication skills written and verbal.

�� proficiency in both hindi & english and local language is an advantage.

�� ms office

�� customer relationship management ,sales & negotiations skills

�� energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence

�� educational qualification&work experience:

�� a graduate from any discipline is preferred

�� minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience required

�� applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period

�� compensation, perks and benefits:

�� uncapped incentives based on sales performance(~inr35kplusper month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1l plus for consistent performers)

�� earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (avg 1 deal/month)

�� ctc 4 to 6 lakh fixed(experienced only)

�� 5 day work week

�� earn esops one very deal closed

�� earn 40% incentives upon over achieving base targets

�� upon achieving 3 deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
