end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through data provided by the company (marketing leads provided upon achievement)
generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures
achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week.

excellent english communication skills written and verbal.
proficiency in both hindi & english and local language is an advantage.
