Job Title: Sales associate
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through data provided by the company (Marketing leads provided upon achievement)
- Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
- Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficiency in both Hindi & English and local language is an advantage.
- MS Office
- Customer relationship Management ,Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence
- Educational Qualification&Work Experience:
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience Required
- Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
- Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
- Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance(~INR35Kplusper month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
- Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
- CTC 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed(Experienced Only)
- 5 Day work week
- Earn ESOPs one very deal closed
- Earn 40% Incentives upon over achieving base targets
- Upon achieving 3 deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
