Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff.
Drive insurance sales through the assigned bank branches.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with bank customers.
Conduct regular training sessions and joint sales calls with bank employees.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and achieve sales targets as per the business plan.
Resolve partner and customer queries in a timely manner.
Report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
Work closely with internal teams for policy issuance, claims, and service support.
